Dibon (Xarello, Parellada, Macabeo), Spain
This Cava is the best mixer for Mimosas. Or enjoy on its own. The bouquet is full of toasty, nutty qualities with notes of cinnamon and corn meal. Also notes of brioche and sourdough on the palate.
Parolvini (Pinot Grigio), Delle Venezie, Italy
Bright straw yellow color with a pleasant fruity fragrance. Delicate taste, slightly earthy body. Serve as an aperitif, well accompanied with seafood salads, rice and soup.

The Zuccardi family produces some brilliantly flavorful organic wines. Pale yellow with green hues, aromas of tropical fruits, green apple, pear, banana and pineapple.
Burgans (Albarino), Spain
Bright gold in color. Smoky peach and pear aromas are brightened by dusty minerals and lemon pith. Deep expansive tangerine, nectarine and poached pear are nicely lifted by white pepper. Lovely rich finish.
Underwood (Pinot Gris), Oregon
Notes of Asian pear, apple and citrus. This beautiful wine is made where wild and open farmlands coexist with industrial cities, where inspiring artists bring the spirit and character of Oregon to you. The palate is complex and sublime.
Breca (Garnacha), Spain
Scents of blackberry, cherry-cola and candied violet, with strong mineral and star anise accents. Energetic focused flavors of dark berries and candied flowers, with a late kick of peppery spices, finishing long.
Poggio Anima (Nero D’Avola), Sicily, Italy
Rich, open and expressive, a palate with generous fruit. This opens with pretty fruit tones of cherry and blackberry and subtle tones of spice and rum cake in the background.
Falernia (Carmenere), Elqui Valley, Chile
Grapes were hand-picked from a single vineyard. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and aged in American oak for 6 months. This wine has concentrated fruit and an “Appassimento” character (think mini-Amarone style).
El Circo (Garnacha blend), Spain
The acrobat is endowed with the virtues of balance, agility and coordination. This wine is full of fresh fruit, including strawberries & cherries. Silky smooth finish makes it a perfect solo sipper.
Poggio Anima (Montepulciano), D’Abbruzzo, Italy
Warm berry jam on the nose, ripe black fruit throughout the palate. The mouth is silky and pure, medium-bodied, a gorgeous mouthful of blueberries and blackberries and baking spices.
Colli Senesi ((Chianti), Italy
Fragrant and eclectic, yet approachable. Vivid ruby red color with slight purplish hues. Aroma is fruity with hints of wild black cherry and delicate balsamic and herbal finish. Persistent ending makes it a great food wine.
