May Teller 12

Robertson (Gewürtztraminer), South Africa

A perfect Spring wine to enjoy on the porch. Honeysuckle and rose petals on the nose. Rich and smooth with beautifully balanced sugar and acid. Serve with fresh fruit-based desserts and mild soft cheeses.

Enanzo (Rosé of Garnacha), Spain

Deep cherry red in color. Snappy, dry red fruit and citrus aromas open. The palate is fresh and bouncy with punchy pomegranate and grapefruit nuances. Zesty finish of nectarine.

Chateau Turcaud (Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon), France

This lively refined Entre Deux Mers is perfumed and bright. 13 hectares of vines are grown on siliceous gravely soil, producing excellent grapes of remarkable structure and complexity.

Calcada (Vinho Verde), Portugal

Nothing complements warm weather like a refreshing Vinho Verde. This is one of our favorites . . . light prickle on the tongue and the crisp citrus flavors fill your mouth.

Friends (Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurtztraminer proprietary blend), Sonoma, California

The ideal wine to enjoy with friends any time of year. Fruity and refreshing. Passionfruit, honeydew melon and citrus. Made by the Pedroncelli family.

Chateau Marjolet (Rousanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc), Rhone, France

The vineyard is located 19 miles north of Avignon. Ripe and clean, delicate nose of white flowers, peaches and candies, with a touch of anise. Rich and ample and nicely balanced length.

** We recommend chilling your whites but taking them out of the fridge about 30-40 minutes before serving.

Big Squeeze (Shiraz), Australia

Bold and tasty, rich and mouth filling. This Shiraz is round and ripe. Combination of dark cherry and plum, with black pepper and spice framed by American oak. Enjoy with your main squeeze!

Armando (Bonarda), Mendoza, Argentina

Winemaker Estela Perinetti tends to the vineyards her grandfather planted. This wine is full of fresh raspberry with smoky oak. Bright acidity and smooth tannins. Lengthy round finish typical of the Bonarda grape.

The Boatman (red blend), Sebastapol, California

An ideal red to open any night of the week. Enjoy it with cheese,or paired with your meat or pasta main – with its notes of bright red fruit and soft tannins, this wine will leave you salivating for more.

Windisch (Dornfelder), Rheinhessen, Germany

Lighter bodied red that is perfect for warmer weather. Flavors of red cherries and spice dominate with just a touch of sweetness and a long soft finish. Even better served slightly chilled or as a base for red Sangria.

Cycles Gladiator (Cabernet Sauvignon), Central Coast, California

Incredible depth and complexity. Layers of blackberry, currant and cassis dance with graceful tannins that trail into an elegant toasted oak finish.

Carro (Monastrell, Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo), Yecla, Spain

Very approachable, earthy and fruity. Pairs well with pulled pork or any BBQ dish. Produced from vines planted in 1979, limestone and chalk soil at 2,340 ft elevation in Southeast Spain. 14.5% ABV.

**We recommend chilling all of your reds down to 60-64 degrees before serving.
