Sisters Forever (unoaked Chardonnay), Central Coast,

The fermentation was done in 100% stainless steel to retain freshness of the fruit. Tropical and citrus flavors abound, followed by a creamy mid palate.

Armas de Guerra (Rosé of Mencia), Bierzo, Spain

Dry floral with strawberry and mineral notes. Pairs well with fresh seafood, oysters and mussels.

** We recommend chilling your whites but taking them out of the fridge  30-40 minutes before serving for the flavors to open up in room temperature.
