Teller 12

November Teller 12

Lander Jenkins (Chardonnay), California

A bouquet of lemon zest, lemon cheesecake and Key lime ensnare the nose. Honeydew melon and a hint of hazelnut in the middle. Crisp acidity and rich smooth mouthfeel on the finish.

Dry Creek (Fume Blanc), Sonoma, California

Winery founder David Stare chose the term Fume Blanc to describe his flagship white wine- a dry Sauvignon Blanc crafted in the Loire Valley style.

Mont Gravet (Rose of Cinsault), Pays D’Oc, France

Beautiful salmon color . . . fresh and fruit forward but dry. Sourced from beautiful hillside vineyards above the Mediterranean Sea in the south of France.

Les Vignerons de Florensac (Picpoul Blanc), France

Fresh and fine aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruit. Lime flavors with hallmarks of Picpoul. The default wine for shellfish.

Chateau St. Michelle (Dry Riesling), Columbia Valley, Washington

Crafted to be crisp and dry. This wine shows fresh flavors of white peach and mandarin orange.

Santa Julia (Pinot Grigio), Argentina

Full of bright, crisp fruit accented with delicious herbal notes and citrus. It’s perfect for sipping on its own or with lighter fish.

** We recommend chilling your whites but taking them out of the fridge  30-40 minutes before serving for the flavors to open up in room temperature.

Santa Julia (Tempranillo), Spain

A warming nose of blueberry jam and sweet blackberry sauce to start. Lively tannins with a finish that’s round and ripe with the right amount of acidity.

Josephine Dubois (Pinot Noir), Burgundy, France

This Grande Reserve is a lovely ruby red, with a nose of cherries and earth. The palate is complex and layered. Finishing with varietal characteristics and some dirt.

Hahn (Cabernet Sauvignon), California

Black cherries bursts out of the glass, followed by dried black currants, espresso and sweet oak. On the palate are dark chocolate and blueberries framed by caramelized plums and spice.

El Burro (Garnacha), Spain

The Kickass Garnacha has a nose of raspberry, cherry fruit with earthy notes of spice, leather, vanilla and mocha. Full bodied with fine, soft tannins and well-balanced acidity and raspberry.

Bila-Haut (Grenache, Carignan, Syrah), Roussillion, France

A muscular red with concentrated flavors of dark cherry, plum, raspberry tart and grilled fig. The dense finish of dark chocolate is firm and focused with smoky notes.

Xavier (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre), Ventoux, France

Outstanding purity and loads of character. Underbrush of spice, garrigue and floral notes balanced by a core of black cherry and black raspberry fruit.

**We recommend chilling all of your reds down to 60-64 degrees before serving.
