Cravatine is a lovely sparkling wine produced in the labor intensive Methode Champenoise style. Aromas of strawberries and minerals. This bubbly has a dry, velvety mouthfeel with soft tannic structure and a slightly spicy finish.

Bright, with persistent and intense aromas of peach, orange blossom and white flowers. Best served with: starters and light first courses, white meat and fresh cheese, excellent with fish.
Sean Minor (Chardonnay), California
Displays aromas of pears, apples and tropical nuances with subtle notes of butter. On the entry, pear and green apple flavors are framed by nice acidity. The green apple and peach flavors evolve into a hint of minerality that adds complexity to the lengthy finish.

This white Petit Caboche is very pretty pale yellow in color, with hints of green and gold and floral aromas, typical of the Sauvignon grape. Dry and full bodied. A tremendous value.

Hahn (Merlot), California
A taste reveals a round, well bodied red wine with darker flavors of cassis and chocolate framed by medium tannins and a soft touch of acidity. A slight dryness and a hint of vanilla support this wines long finish.
L’Effet Papillon (Grenache Noir), Cotes Catalanes, France
Offers lots of black cherry, kirsch and floral notes, medium body and a fleshy mouth-feel. It is a delicious bistro-styled red that will provide lovely drinking over the next several years.

Sangiovese’s claim to fame is its role as the heart of Chianti, Brunello and many Super Tuscan wines. When grown in a suitable location the grape’s soft tannins, succulent acidity and moderately intense cherry and herb flavors make it very easy to drink as well as supremely versatile at the table.
Leese-Fitch (Cabernet Sauvignon), Napa, California
Bursts out of the glass with aromas of black cherries and dried black currants complemented by notes of espresso and sweet oak. On the palate flavors combining dark chocolate and blueberries are framed by drying tannins, leading to a clean finish with hints of caramelized plums and spice.
