Teller 12

Broadbent (Grüner Veltliner), Nussdorf, Austria

This wine starts with citrus bouquet. In the mouth this is a juicy white wine, with plenty of lime, peach and green apple flavors. Crisp and refreshing, this Gruner Veltliner is elegant and delicious.

Tintero  (Arneis), Piedmont, Italy

Soft, juicy, ripe pears and limestone minerals draws you in from the first sniff.  Great aromatics, a seductive mid-palate and a lively finish that lingers on and on. By Kermit Lynch.

Spicy Goat (Riesling), Mozel, Germany

From the world famous “Bockstein” Vineyard  (bock=goat; stein= stone), it is edgy and unique. Winemakers Nik Weis and Martin Hofstatter created this wine for hot people!

Blanc Pescador (Trepat), Spain

This unusual grape offers a second fermentation that give it its dry and fruity character. Fresh and elegant, perfect for all of your summer gatherings.

Sposato (Sauvignon Blanc), Mendoza, Argentina

This wine is zesty with aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, herbs, spices, and orange blossom notes that are reflected on the palate through to the finish.

New Age Rosé  (Blend), Argentina

In Argentina, New Age is usually ordered by the bottle for a group of friends to enjoy. The well-chilled rosé is brought to the table in an ice bucket, along with traditional “rocks” glasses filled with ice and sliced limes or lemons. They share the bottle and camaraderie together at the table.

The Crusher (Petite Sirah), Napa, California

Concentrated, soft fruit flavors of dark raspberry and blackberry sorbet are well balanced by notes of brown sugar and cedar contributed from the French oak aging. Big and full-bodied, the rich mouthfeel is enhanced by a solid backbone of tannins that finish soft.

Viña Bujanda Crianza (Tempranillo), Rioja, Spain

100% Tempranillo, fruit forward, round, lush. An elegant bouquet of blackberry and bilberry complimented by spicy notes. Silky with structured complex ripe berry.

Excelsior (Cabernet Sauvignon), Robertson, South Africa

Blackish plum in color with aromas of ripe blackcurrants and a plummy fruit. Soft ripe tannins balance toasty oak aromas and sweet fruit flavors. On the palate, good structure with a soft, clean finish.

Sposato (Malbec), Mendoza, Argentina

This Malbec is a deep purple color. It exhibits a high intensity on the nose and palate of black fruits, raspberries and violets.

Heavyweight (Cabernet Sauvignon), California

Now don’t worry, this Cabernet Sauvignon isn’t just another big bruiser. The blackberry and currant aromas are swift and lingering. The rich fruit flavors don’t faint or dodge-they’re straight ahead and swarming. And like the best heavyweights, the flavors come at you in combinations and by the time you figure one out, you get hit with another.

Borsao Tres Picos (Garnacha), Borja, Spain

Tres Picos offers gorgeous strawberry and black cherry fruit intermixed with notions of powdery chalk, pepper and spice.  Lusciously fruity and medium to full-bodied with heady glycerin and richness, it should drink nicely for the next 3-4 years.
