Teller 12

New Age Rosé (Malbec, Merlot), Argentina

New Age is usually ordered by the bottle for a group of friends to enjoy. The well-chilled red is brought to the table in an ice bucket, along with traditional “rocks” glasses filled with ice and sliced limes or lemons. Share the bottle and camaraderie together at the table.

Wine Men of Gotham (Chardonnay), South Australia

A fun new weeknight wine from a bunch of crazy winemakers from South Australia . . . soft and easy drinking. Nice fruit all the way through and not oaky.

Pedroncelli (Sauvignon Blanc), Dry Creek Valley, California

Aromatic with lemongrass, lime and honey notes. The flavors are layered with zesty grapefruit, green apple and honeydew melon. This wine is tart-sweet and quite refreshing.

Pasqua (Pinot Grigio), Venezie, Italy

Fruity and flavorful, with hints of citrus and floral notes. Fresh, round, and well-balanced in the mouth. Great for sipping, with an aperitif, fresh fish, or soft cheese.

Yalumba Rosé (Sangiovese), South Australia

With its cherry blossom bouquet, succulent watermelon and pomegranate flavors, and crisp sherbet finish, this vibrant Rose is as fresh as a Spring day.

Blu (Glera), Prosecco, Italy

A classic Prosecco, vibrating with aromas and flavors of apricots, sweet peaches and perfumed honeysuckle on a delicious, dry, citrus & ripe apple finish.

** We recommend chilling your whites but taking them out of the fridge about 30-40 minutes before serving.

Trentadue Old Patch Red (Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane, Sangiovese), Geyserville, California

Intense black aromas, blueberries and cherry cola are the immediate impression. Aeration will add ripe plums, vanilla, maple and cocoa with a slight dose of oak and toast. On the palate the wine is fresh and juicy with youthful brightness, finishing long and fruity.

Wine Men of Gotham (Shiraz, Grenache), South Australia

Who are the wine men of Gotham? Are they odd little gentlemen from the villages of Gotham in England? Are they strange fellows from New York? Are they crazy Aussie winemakers? No matter, they make a really good wine!

Tarón Reserva (Tempranillo, Mazuelo), Rioja, Spain

The oldest vines of over 70 years of age provide the fruit for this reserve wine. Low yield and small berries result in a deep, firmly structured wine with intense aromas and flavors of ripe red berries, black cherry and vanilla, with nuances of citrus peel and spice enhanced by 14 months in American oak barrels.

Les Bretèches (Syrah, Cinsaut, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan), Kefraya, Lebanon

From the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, this fresh red wine expresses finely spiced nose of black currant and generous fruit flavors. Silky tannins make it a lovely solo sipper or with stuffed grape leaves.

Ludovicus (Garnacha), Terra Alta, Spain

This organic easy-drinking red with notes of cherry and blackberry is a versatile partner with meat and casual tapas, as well as on its own.

Raymond “R” Collection (Field Blend), St. Helena, California

Lot No. 5 reflects the wine’s composition and is a testament to five generations of the Raymond family’s winemaking legacy. The result is a well-balanced, full bodied wine overflowing with tangy raspberry, cherry, blueberry and white pepper.

**We recommend chilling all of your reds down to 60-64 degrees before serving.
